Dr.-Ing. Fuzhan Rahmanian
CEO & Co-Founder
Dr.-Ing. Fuzhan Rahmanian is a multi-award-winning AI & battery scientist and the CEO of AccelionTech. She directs product strategy, commercialization, and investor relations, translating advanced AI and data science into manufacturable battery value. Rahmanian earned her doctorate at the Technical University of Munich (Summa Cum Laude, June 2024) with 12 peer-reviewed publications on AI-driven materials acceleration platforms for Li-ion batteries. She brings experience from leading research environments, including KIT, CalTech, Forschungszentrum Jülich and the Helmholtz Institute Ulm (HIU), Polis Cluster of Excellence (PoLiS), with involvement in flagship initiatives such as EU project BIG-MAP, as well as industrial battery experience at BASF. Her academic foundation spans three M.Sc. degrees in Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Materials, and Biophysics, underpinning an interdisciplinary and international profile. She is a recipient of the ZEISS Women Award 2024 (Digital Research).

Luca Zangari
CTO & Co-Founder
Luca Zangari is the CTO and principal software architect at AccelionTech. He directs technology strategy, systems architecture, and engineering execution, translating state-of-the-art AI and software engineering into cloud-scale enterprise value. With 12+ years of enterprise engineering across automotive, insurance, finance, and IT, he delivers cloud-native, highly scalable platforms with rigor in reliability, security, and observability. His portfolio spans AI/ML, computer vision, agentic systems, and explainable AI (XAI), underpinned by hands-on operation of production systems. An academic background in econophysics informs a quantitative, model-driven approach, and he is actively expanding his expertise in computer science and business informatics. He maintains a strong focus on the energy sector and consistently converts emerging technologies into measurable enterprise impact.

Adriaan Andringa
Interim CCO - Strategy Advisor
Adriaan Andringa brings 15+ years of expertise at the intersection of politics, technology, and industry to AccelionTech. As founder of BxG Strategy, he advises organizations in highly regulated and geopolitically exposed markets, helping them navigate regulatory complexity and translate policy constraints into commercial opportunities. His deep experience in BatteryTech, AI, Semiconductors, and Advanced Manufacturing makes him instrumental in positioning AccelionTech within the evolving European industrial policy landscape.
Having held senior roles in government affairs and industrial policy across the Netherlands, Germany, and Brussels, Adriaan has represented organizations at ministerial, parliamentary, and EU levels. His political background includes work on the Obama for America 2012 campaign, serving as a spokesperson and campaign manager for D66, and two terms as an elected city councillor. He is also a published author and hosts the AadCast podcast on technology and politics.
